... so they assume those they despise would do violence to them. Some actually believe Trump's declarations that those opposed to his criminal regime are terrorists. Of course, it is all projection of their own bloodlust

And many know what they are doing is deeply immoral, illegal, and Un-American and believe being masked allows them to "get away" with that terrible conduct.
