Keep in mind that George Bush was the first idiot who started this crap in the first place. What Eric Holder did was to ensure that the operation be controlled in such a way to ensure compliance, but the rethugs in Congress impeded the operation and ensuing investigation for political gain. Elijah is correct in wanting to dismiss charges, and hopefully we will get a judge not appointed by Reagan or Bush to grant this obvious no brainer of a request.
