History shows they're moving too fast - his lack of impulse control and bullying are his greatest weaknesses (thankfully)

A new study has shown that Trump's America is proceeding with democratic decline at a faster pace than other countries that have undertaken the same journey over the last couple of decades. Which sounds like bad news - and obviously it's not great. BUT there are two substantial and important reasons why this may actually indicate that President Trump is much more likely to fail in the long term in the process of transforming the US into a full-on authoritarian state. So let's discuss.
