You would be hard pressed to get anyone in Congress to do anything when it comes to him. Some will just lower their heads and walk fast, some will do that while muttering "in really busy" or "I haven't seen it so I can't comment" or will do press conferences, Sunday morning news programs and write letters but nothing material that matters or changes anything.
