26. The Constitutional definition...

... of treason is extremely narrow, and not necessarily the universally accepted definition. For all practical purposes, Trump is a traitor. It's worth noting that Julius and Ethel Rosenberg were executed for less than what Trump has already done to deliberately inflict harm on America, and we weren't at declared war with the USSR then, either.
Trump's treachery is motivated by infantile selfishness; he has stated publicly that he wants to hurt anyone and everyone who didn't vote for him. I think his crimes are worse by several orders of magnitude, and that those who continue to support a traitor ARE traitors, and that includes every lying sack of shit with an (R) after its name.
Germany banned the Nazi Party, and any and every reference to it. Given their obscenely malicious agenda, I would have no objection to imposing the same fate on the GOP. They have crossed a line that can never be uncrossed, or ever forgiven.
The Founding Fathers deplored the very thought of political parties. Those who wish to serve their fellow Americans, rather than fleece them, should run for office on their own individual merits, accomplishments, and qualifications, with publicly funded campaigns. Corporate interests should keep their fucking mouths, and their pocketbooks, shut. Their days of pulling political strings are over.
