But I have never seen him do anything as brutal as this Shady Vance caricature!
Look at the tiny nose, the chubby cheeks, and the devious eyebrows. It's like his face is imploding with deviousness. Also notice how he has gone to extra means to make it look like Vance is ghostlike. You can see through him.
Another aspect of these political cartoons from overseas is that they seem to look at trump as uniformly goofy. This particular cartoon is a good example. To them, he is primarily a buffoon.
