The guy's a criminally ignorant, rabidly irrational, delusional asshole in not one, but two major areas of governance.

Karl Rove was known as "Bush's brain". It looks like Stephen Miller is Trmp's catastrophically xenophobic worldview embodied. I can't compare him to anyone's functioning grey matter -- he's more akin to 100% blood-starved, hypoxic, septic sclerosis.

He needs to be locked in a straight jacket in a rubber room in an abandoned mental asylum.
