"enshrined" in a place no one can get to without an armed guard. You can bet on that. His Hollywood Boulevard "star" has been vandalized so many times that there was talk of removing it, but it's still there. They have installed CC cameras to attempt to stem the constant vandalism, to no avail.
Imagine what people would do if there was unfettered access to his tomb! It would be encased in bodily waste and garbage.
