because the rank and file o his loyalists are too fucking stupid to tell the difference. Besides, as long as they can prop him up in a chair, they'l just AI any speeches he gives. The main giveaway will be his sudden ability to stick to the subject and read the teleprompter without the usual flight of ideas.

"Maybe he'll get hit by a bus on his way into the speech" was about the most hopeful sentiment I've heard about tonight.
