22. Members of the US Congress cannot be recalled, they can only be impeached by the US House, then removed IF found guilty

in the resultant trial held by the US Senate (2/3rds vote needed to convict). The US Senate can also (by a simple majority vote) ban them for life from holding any federal office again IF they are first found guilty in the trial.
