Here is what Dems are demanding, and there is no reason to give Noem another penny until they to agree to ALL of these things.

Warrant Requirements: Requiring agents to obtain a judicial warrant before entering private property, rather than relying on internally issued administrative warrants.
Mask Ban and Identification: Prohibiting immigration officers from wearing masks or face coverings during enforcement operations, and requiring them to clearly display badge numbers and names.
Body Cameras: Mandating the use of body-worn cameras during public interactions to increase accountability.
Sensitive Location Protection: Restricting enforcement actions at "sensitive locations," including schools, hospitals, churches, and daycares.
Ending Roving Patrols: Halting "roving" patrols and indiscriminate stops.
Use-of-Force Policy: Establishing a strict, codified, and uniform code of conduct regarding the use of force, including independent investigations for wrongdoing.
Anti-Profiling Measures: Prohibiting racial profiling and profiling based on language or accent.
Detention Standards: Ensuring immediate access to attorneys for detainees and Allowing state investigations into detention conditions.
Database Restrictions: Prohibiting the tracking of individuals engaged in First Amendment-protected activities.
