Invited Latin American heads of state to tell them we'll bomb the shit out of their nations. The Shield of the Americas summit 3/7 is a follow up to the "counter- cartel conference at which Miller had this to say:

Miller further maintained there is no ï¿½criminal justice solutionï¿½ to drug cartels, which he likened to armed groups like al-Qaeda and ISIL (ISIS).

Organised crime, he concluded, ï¿½can only be defeated with military powerï¿½.
