I remember a couple of years ago when I went down from 1800/day (2150 on Fri & Sat to 1600/day (1850 on Fri & Sat), and I thought I was gonna die.
Then I had a heart attack and almost died. I lost 50 pounds in 5 months and hadnt felt that good since I was 20. (Im 64 now.) But my weight (and flabbiness) is on the rise again and I dont like that at all. Scared me a bit.
I bet I could get away with 1400 now, (no adder for the weekend anymore. That was dumb.)
I think Ill fire up the old fitness app and give it a shot.
