A loud mouth on X however bold doesn't represent actual fact. When exactly and on which forum, press release, or in which committee was this said, and by whom??? Before which Judge, Congressional Committee, or in which press conference was this statement made? Where is the official DOJ document which says this is their position or policy?
Was it in answer to a judge's order, a demand from Congress, or the law itself?
I see no date attached to the MS NOW video clip making clear when it was broadcast.
Last time I checked DU was supposed to be a FACT BASED community, or did I read that wrong?

The DOJ did not "just" announce anything. The tweets in the OP are about statements made a month ago.
