8. Question for DU'ers. Are you somehow clearing cookies?

I only do it on purpose, with the History menu or with an app.

Logins are stored in browser cookies. That is the only way I have had to log back in, by clearing them.

Do you have some privacy app or anti-virus or setting that is doing so behind your back?

I have never seen browser "updates" clear cookies.

Just my two cents' worth from someone who stays logged in for months at a time.

Even when I turn on a VPN, if I recall correctly.

Advanced users should try using the GhostText extension, but it takes some computer savvy to install. It keeps a mirror of your typing in a text editor, and the text editor never loses data, even when the network jams and you lose the text in the text box in the browser. I have gotten it to work with Firefox, Safari and Opera.
