The vote will be a lot closer than it was in the Senate, but not a cliff hanger. There will be significantly more Democratic votes for it than Republican votes. It will not get a majority pf Republicans in favor and about a fourth of Democrats will oppose it. Between a third and two fifths of Republicans will back it.
