16. I heard an analyst say that if the judge threw it out, the turd-cop patrol could've appealed

They may have had a more pro-cop climate with another judge. Remember the Kyle Rittenhouse judge? He was a rank POS. Coached the jury to let that racist, punk murderer off the hook. Outcome couldn't have been sweeter!
