Nothing has changed in this regard.
The Republican party is, and has been, friendly to BIG business. People automatically assume that Republicans are friendly towards any business, large or small. But Republicans really only care about the largest businesses. The type of businesses whose c-suite fly private. And these businesses aren't inconvenienced by long TSA lines. In fact, seeing those long lines probably makes those executives feel even better about their privileged place in society.
I can guarantee you that when Mitt Romney, for instance, destroyed all of those jobs with Bain Capital he didn't care in the slightest about any workers or middle management.
