4. How frustrating!

I'm fortunate. My taxes are pretty simple. Just dog walking income and expenses, with a diminishing NOL carryover remaining from a rental property that lost money in the mortgage mess (the depreciation over the time I had it almost feels criminal). I've been using FreeTax USA -- not a big step away from DIY.
