BEFORE the asshole probably demolished or damaged it.

WE DIDN'T NEED IT RENOVATED. But because the asshole probably damaged it in his demolition or just wanted it bigger and gold-plated, he is now building a new one.

GOVERNMENT WASTE, FRAUD, AND ABUSE.
