When he says he will reduce !stuff! and fix !stuff!, he really is issuing orders.

He means . . . YOU will fix the economy, YOU will lower prices, YOU will lower health care costs, etc.

They are orders, and he sits back to make sure YOU follow what he wants.

And when that just doesn't happen, he will sulk and blame YOU!
