He was sentenced on March 23, after pleading guilty, to four years in prison followed by six months in a residential re-entry center followed by four and a half years of supervised release.

Thirty one years old, Daniel Tottle had a collection of 10,000 images and videos on his laptop, and more than 100,000 on five thumb drives. Some of the victims were as young as three years old.

He was arrested and convicted of taking part in the January 6 riot, and then pardoned by Trump in January 2025.
