Roald Dahl's Book of Ghost Stories is an anthology of 14 classic supernatural tales curated by Roald Dahl himself, who selected them from hundreds of stories he read at the British Museum Library, believing they best captured the "spookiness" of the genre. Published in 1983, the collection includes works by authors like E.F. Benson, Edith Wharton, and J. Sheridan Le Fanu, and features Dahl's own introduction on the art of the ghost story.
