18. He has been on a monthly infusion to try to control his descent into full dementia

I believe he is receiving Leqembi through monthly infusions. There is a strong consensus that he is likely receiving that through his hand because of the monthly bruises that have been observed. He has used a bad make-up job and huge bandages to cover it up, and then explained that he had been shaking too many hands.

Leqembi requires an MRI before the first infusion, and then before the 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 14th infusions. If he started the infusions in February of 2025, then he would be doing his 14th now, and that would have required a MRI. Notice that there were some frequent "check-ups" at Walter Reed during the first 6 months of his term, but not recently. That tracks exactly with the protocol for 7 months between MRIs after the 6th infusion.

According to the protocol, evidently there are no further MRIs required if you complete the 5 required MRIs and see no side-effects.

Somebody should ask him when he had his last MRI.
