And I'm frustrated. Tell me something that I don't know and give me a plan that spells out explicitly what needs to be done.

I can hand wring and work myself into a lather all by myself. I want to hear from someone with a plan.

I'm just not feeling well, Cher. I may need to take a break because what PK is selling isn't on my shopping list today.
