2. A lot of people are saying that patient is Epstein. Many people think so.

I don't know if it is or if it isn't Epstein. But everyone is talking about it being Epstein. People want to know if it is Epstein. Many, many people are saying it is Epstein. I think maybe somebody should look into that.
