I don't think he'll be a Fetterman because I don't think Fetterman "is" Fetterman anymore.

Should he get elected, Graham Platner will be a shiny object for a while and if he wants to stay in the good graces of his party, he'll have to adapt a bit and adopt a bit.

ME isn't PA, either.

I suspect that if Platner gets elected on a progressive wave, he'll ride that wave until his ambitions settle on something higher. He will certainly be considered for President after reelection, for example. That is when you'll start seeing him triangulate and take moderate or right wing stances.

I don't see it happening in his first term. Unless, ya know, he has a massive stroke.
