for him, including prep and delivery of every meal, every article of clothing, every stick of furniture, every tacky simulated gold-plated wall applique. He doesn't live in a bubble, he lives in a crypt. At least it makes for a short trip when the time comes.

Remember the famous "Diet Coke button" on his desk ? He probably couldn't tell you where Diet Coke comes from to save his life.
