are meaningful to us and classically beautiful.

He is replacing them with garish, in your face alternatives. A paved patio at a golf club is fine, but putting one outside the White House takes away from the understated classical elegance.

Destroying the Kennedy Center takes away from the people of DC, Washington and Maryland. Putting a GIGANTIC arch between Arlington Cemetery and the Lincoln Memorial takes away a beautiful meaningful view.

That he is now thinking of building a wrestling stadium on White House grounds shows further lack of respect for our capitol. Why not build it at or adjacent to Mar a logo?

I was surprised at the depth of my reaction to seeing the East Wing in destruction. It wasn't 911 in terms of live and death, but it was something meaningful that was unexpectedly destroyed.

I never expected to see GIANT pictures of the President hanking on US building. I wish a reporter would ask him if he is putting all his pictures, names and change of style now because he knows it would NEVER be done as a memorial for him when he died.
