A Doctor's note explain all his disabilities that kept him from serving in the US Military. Incidentally this Doctor rented his New York office from Fred trDUMP. Daddy Fred made a corrupt deal to lower the doctor's office rent by half FOR LIFE if the doctor provided this bogus letter of fake disabilities to stop Donnie's induction to military service to then serve in Vietnam.
Sweet deal,... The blood of the filthy rich is too precious to spill on the field of battle. Were as the blood of the poor can spill and bleed out until they die in the various skirmishes they are sent to of war.
