I’m in my ‘forever home’ and my insurance just went from $6,000 to $9,000 this year; property taxes jumped, and electric is supposed to climb 18% in 2 years.

I’m just starting retirement. Bad timing. But I’ve had bad timing for everything ever since trump got in the White House.
