He is tabula rasa. There is no record and there are only words. At least on policy.

On matters personal, on temperament and "vibes" he is odious to me. Perhaps odious is too strong.

But I don't know how much I care about that, at this point, in a Senate race he is clearly winning. I'm only interested in policy outcomes and perhaps narrative building / media awareness as a secondary element.

I don't think there is any harm in him advancing an ambitious agenda, and suspect it might be why he is overperforming given his very obvious faults.
