Congrats, you have just made smoking among adults cool again, you effing idgits!
I have no problem with bans for under 18 not getting cigarettes or alcohol, but adults? Why don't you ban military service? driving a vehicle (any vehicle, not just cars)? I would suggest alcohol, but we've seen how well that works!
Bloody hell, what an effingly stupid peice of legislation!
