5. At a family gathering

Back in 2004 there was a discussion about Iraq and I said Bush will go down in history as the worst president for invading.

You could have heard a pin drop everyone just kind of moved away from me and my wife, I looked at her and said guess that did not go over well.

Overheard one brother in law call me a fucking liberal a bit later. The also said I was a traitor to my country, not one of them has served in the military.

My wife's sister called a few days later and complained about what I said. Then said we cannot talk politics.

I still get a little chuckle remembering that day.

I have since stated to my in laws I have revised my worst president in history.
