by Democrats this election season as part of the overall plan to reform the radical Supreme Court.

Americans have a historically bad opinion about the SCOTUS, for very good reasons.

They have an even lower view of Congress, for even better reasons. Congress s not doing its job. Congress needs to step up and restore the court to a position of integrity and take away the unitary executive powers usurped by Trump. It is all right there in the Constitution. It is literally the JOB DESCRIPTION of the Congress. They need to stop being cowards and to their damn job. And when incumbents from either party are not willing to do that, we need to run hard against them.

This is popular. This is what the people want, and they also are very much in an "Eat the Rich" mood.

Barry Goldwater famously said “Extremism in defense of liberty is no vice. Moderation in pursuit of justice is no virtue.” Well, that is where we are today. America is angry. We must give them real actions that address the things they are angry about.
