I thought Dutch-flagged MV Hondius was on a South Atlantic cruise, and the ship is stuck in the Azores while the virus burns through the passengers and crew.
Firing all the health inspectors is dumb AF but didn't have an impact on this event.

The firings were in April 2025, so not exactly "just ahead". Still bad, though.
