Think about it: Say Trump needs some money and no one wants to buy any sneakers or cryptocurrency from him today. (Which is pretty easy to say because he always needs money.) He decides to go to Bedminster, dig up Ivana's grave and get a few of the classified documents he put in there so he can turn them over to his handler.

If he would have had her grave landscaped he'd have to put all of it back after he filled the hole in and he's too damned lazy to do that.
