His staff members insist he's still on the job and preparing for the election. His family have said nothing about his "absence" from Congress, nor mentioned anything regarding his so-called medical condition, or his progress in dealing with it.

Is he the new "Manchurian Candidate"? Has he been fitted with Elon's special chip for field trials in autocracy?
