13. Dobbs didn't outlaw abortion. It said it's not protected by the constitution and is therefore a state issue

The question here is around the FDA ruling that allows this drug to be dispensed via tele-health consultations via the mail.

It essentially is not about abortion--even though Alito wants it to be. This drug has other uses.
