Why? Why would you throw a rock at a seal? I mean, it just doesn’t make any sense. There is no reason in the world to do something like that. It’s not attacking you, it’s just swimming there not bothering anyone.

This person must have serious mental problems. Personally, I’d throw him in jail or an asylum.
