the 'make America great again' slogan, referred to some future date, with Trump gone and all the chaos he created is somehow magically cleaned up?

But I'm sure it will happen, just as assuredly as the Third Reich and the Roman Empire of the days of the Caesars will arise again, any day now.

A drug induced delusional wishful pipe dream, nothing more.

HINT: If you are going to make predictions for the future, a 2 month time frame is way too short.
People need more time to forget such outlandish claims.
