I volunteered in 2024 as an election observer in a small Oregon town. We were matched with volunteers from her group. They came in with detailed instructions to try to mess with the ballot counting by raising numerous stupid objections and spreading rumors about last minute ballot stuffing by "mules". It caused some vigilante types to hang around the ballot drop off boxes in a way that could be scary to some.

If you have a chance to volunteer at coming elections, be sure and read through this manual to know what they're up to.
