If Bill Clinton hadn’t boarded AG Loretta Lynch’s plane - “just to say ‘hi’, and chat about family & friends”, while Hillary was under investigation for her emails, then Lynch would not have recused herself, leaving Comey in charge.

Without that, Lynch would never have allowed Comey to go public with the biased statements regarding the FBI’s findings.
