Buy raw food. Cook it. eat it.

Of course, shellfish and pork may be right out if you're Jewish or Muslim. Otherwise, grind grain and make bread from it. Eat fruit from trees, and vegetables from the garden. Cook over a wood fire, since that's all they had in Biblical times. Drink beer. It's easy to make. Drink water. Squeeze fruit and drink the juice.

Kill a lamb, a goat, an antelope or a calf. Cook its parts and eat them. Again, over a wood fire. If you can manage to kill birds, eat them, too, after plucking and gutting. Learn to fish. Catch fish, clean the, and cook over that same wood fire. Careful not to overcook the fish.

It's simple to eat a biblical diet. They didn't have many options. You ate what was available and prepared it simply. What's the problem? You can still buy all of that stuff in any grocery store.

Now, go away and start preparing meals.
