The idea was that we had 3 co-equal branches of government to ensure this kind of stuff did not happen. But Congress and SCOTUS has bowed to the KING. In just a few short years we have erased about 60 years of progress and it is not over yet.

Us peons will fight back as usual, but the harm has already been done. In the future government will be viewed as a path to riches, supported by a police state, so nothing will change.
