I've worked with them and seen that they don't know how to do anything except flatter the right people and say the thing they want to hear rather than what's actually true.

Then, the people who actually do the work get fired when things go bad, because they blame the competent workers who tried to make the thing that would never work, work.

Her biggest talent seems to be blaming others for her own failures.
