5. Just flat-out accuse them of being blackmailed

They will likely deny it. But if it turns out to be true, then they've committed an impeachable offense by lying to the Senate during confirmation -- bye-bye lifetime appointment! And even if they can't be removed for that lie (partisanship being what it currently is), every case that comes before them has a ready-made recusal argument.
