When he was humiliated by the performers backing out of his birthday bash AND the judge's ruling regarding his name on the Kennedy Center he started to really spiral quickly.
THIS is what I've been expecting. Now he is going to destroy the USA since he hates our country and blames everyone else for his problems.
Basically, he knows he is ill, won't get better and can't hide it along with the poll numbers dropping in his cult/base. Therefore, his agenda now is to destroy the USA and take us down with him. He is a sadistic, vengeful, greedy psychopath and we will be seeing and experiencing the destruction getting much, much worse from now on.
He LOVES to destroy things and he gets pleasure from destroying our country for all the awful things he feels we did to him to make him angry and bitter. He sees his collapse as our fault, not his own.
