Putting aside how we define "rich," I'll go further and say considering the amount of disparity we have in the US currently, a man born rich can't even understand the middle class. They can't serve the public because they're incapable of understanding the public or appreciating their needs. Their means of travel, the locations they go to, their procuring of food, investments, sex, etc., fall outside the practices of the majority of citizens. Moreover, they're lacking the required curiosity to learn and remedy themselves. Ignorant of the world and just fine with it. They will likely die as clueless as when they were born - and will pointlessly try to barter for more time instead of looking around the hospital room and noticing their heirs' greedy eyes.
