1. The Birther lawsuits should probably drop off after January 20.

Keep in mind, Taitz is only one of many batshit crazy lawyers filing lawsuits, but after January 20 the number should drop off significantly because everything to do with the state courts becomes irrelevant and everything to do in the federal courts has already been tried.
